In the Matter of Harvey Breece Breland

Breland agreed to discipline based on his failure to record a deed, multiple bounced checks on his trust fund, failure to purchase a home warranty and failure to communicate in another case. The Court accepted the agreement and suspended Breland for one year.

In the Matter of Robert A. Gamble

Gamble agreed to discipline based on fraudulent expense reimbursement requests while serving as a public defender. The Court suspended Gamble for 18 months retroactive to his interim suspension in 2011.

In the Matter of Former Aiken County Magistrate Donald Louis Hatcher

Hatcher kissed one of the court clerks on the forehead. The clerk complained to the Chief Magistrate and Hatcher resigned. The Court publicly reprimanded Hatcher.

In the Matter of Robert W. Mance

Mance was disciplined in the District of Columbia for misconduct in three cases. Maryland imposed reciprocal discipline. The Court concluded reciprocal discipline was warranted and suspended Mance for six months.
