January 2, 2014 South Carolina Supreme Court published opinion

In the Matter of C. Kevin Miller

Miller commingled funds, failed to keep records for his trust account, misappropriated client funds, failed to respond to his ethics investigation in a timely manner and had two fee awards paid by the client protection fund. He agreed to disbarment. The Court disbarred him and ordered that he not be allowed to reapply for admission until he had a forensic accounting of his trust fund and paid all victims including the protection fund and the expenses of his investigation.
