June 30th Opinions from the South Carolina Court of Appeal

SCcourtofappealToday, June 30th, the South Carolina Court of Appeal handed down seven new opinions.  Four opinions involved criminal concerns:  State v. Hendricks, Thompson v. State, State v. Johnson and State v. Haygood.  The remaining three opinions involved civil concerns, focusing on worker’s compensation (Fore v. Griffco and Levi v. Northern Anderson County EMS) and evidence and JNOV (Allegro v. Scully.)  For a brief summary of the cases, check it out here.
