The United States Supreme Court handed down its opinion in Glossip v. Gross this morning, affirming the 10th Circuit’s holding that the State of Oklahoma’s three drug injection method used for capital punishment does not violate the Eighth Amendment’s prohibition against cruel and unusual punishment.
