First Year Resources provides access to selected first year case books. There is information about learning how to write briefs, memos, and outlines while learning how to read cases, manage time, and study effectively.
Upper Level Resources also provides access to selected case books and has articles about selecting, surviving and thriving at internships, clinics, and summer jobs. Resources categorized as Career Resources, Practice Ready Resources, Clinic Resources, and Law Review Resources are also available.
CaseBriefs is now part of the Bloomberg Law package. While providing access to canned briefs and outlines is not enthusiastically received by most professors, the source does provide access to multiple choice questions and essay questions on selected topics. Check out How to Register and How to Use Casebriefs here. Remember: read your own cases, write your own briefs, and draft your own outlines.
