Nelson Miller and Douglas Johnson have written a book, Preparing for the Bar Exam: A Comprehensive Guide to Plans, Programs, Content, Conditions and Skills. Published in August 2015 by Crown Management, it is also available in electronic format at SSRN.
Dedicated to “examinees who want to pass the bar…”, it contains 15 chapters that cover topics such as Strategy, Health, Relationships, Resources, Content, Conditions and Management. In addition to offering advice that provides structure and routine, it also addresses the crucial topics of Skills, Practice, Essays, Multiple Choice, and Behavior.
At 168 pages, it is long but it is worth checking out. It appears to demystify some of the rumors that swirl around the bar exam and bar exam preparation.
